Growth Hacker

GrowthHacker

FountainBlue’s Growth Hacker series connects the entrepreneurial community of developers, executives and professionals to stimulate leadership and innovation, to build connections, and to create more innovative and novel solutions. We connect entrepreneurs, executives, investors and other stakeholders and industry leaders representing companies large and small, in a range of industries, with interesting perspectives on specific innovation challenges.

We partner with 888 Steps and incubators and organizations across Silicon Valley to produce lunch-and-learn ‘Ride That Hockey-Stick’ workshops and a week-long Intensive Scalability workshop for early stage tech entrepreneurs.

In 2017, we will also feature a Reverse Hackathon to launch our Hackathon series. Our Hackathons will gather Silicon Valley developers for mission-based, weekend-long, hands-on events, connecting developers and tech professionals in order to create products and solutions for specific niche markets and customers. Below are details for our 2017 Silicon Valley Hackathons. Scroll below for details.

HockeyStick888 Steps Presents: Scale I

The week-long workshop is provided by 888 Steps, led by serial entrepreneur Larry Gletzer. Larry’s deep experience and expertise leading, growing and running tech start-ups is summarized in a 7-phase, 888 step process and methodology for growing a company from zero to 2 million, from 2-10 million, from 10 to 100 million dollars.

  • Planning and Goal Setting
  • Developing Content
  • Creating Awareness
  • Engaging Prospects
  • Securing Commitments

Each marketing and sales step must be performed methodically, systematically and excellently, and even then, there’s no guarantee of success. At your option, following this week-long workshop, 888 Steps can serve as an adjunct sales and marketing arm to grow your business, as an adviser and recruiter to build and grow your internal staff, as a board member to counsel your growth, and, if you’re really successful, as a potential angel investor to help you grow to the next level.

For more information, please attend one of our upcoming Scale Intensely lunch/dinner-and-learn sessions, to get an overview of of our seven-phase, 888 step process, conducted in partnership with Silicon Valley and SF based incubators.
